About Me

Shelley Hainer

With a lifelong dedication to the interplay of body, heart, and mind, I bring over four decades of experience as a dancer, performance artist, and mindfulness practitioner.

My work draws from profound human experiences – overcoming loss, finding joy, healing trauma – and celebrates the beauty and impermanence of life. Together, we engage the senses, uncover inner wisdom, and create space for transformation. 

Influenced by my meditative studies across multiple traditions (Theravada Early Thai Forest Tradition Buddhism, Tibetan Nyingma Dzogchen Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism, Advaita Vedenta, and Insight Dialogue), sensory awareness practice is the common denominator, a seminal guide for a relational language of self-discovery.
